	European De-Stressing Facial (60 minutes) Designed as a deep cleansing and stress-reducing treatment, our European facial includes steam, Papaya Enzyme therapy exfoliation, extraction, massage of the face, neck and shoulders, along with a customized mask and moisturizer. $68

	Revitalight - Facial Add-On The application of Revitalight is especially effective in helping to improve the appearance of the skin on your face, neck, chest, and hands. 	Microdermabrasion Treatment Resurfaces skin by directing a stream of crystals over the skin's surface. 	Swedish Massage Swedish massage is probably the most common massage in the U.S. It invloves long strokes, kneading, vibration, friction, and percussion techniques. These techniques are therapeutically applied to the body to help facilitate healing and well-being. A confidential health questionnaire is generally filled out, to aid the practitioner in determining if massage is appropriate and to isolate any specific concerns that massage would address. Communication, proper covering of the body, and a comfortable room environment are also utilized to ensure full relaxation during a massage session. A massage once a month is recommended for most people but, depending on how a person handles stress, along with their physical lifestyle, a more frequent massage regimen may be warranted. 	Deep Tissue Deep tissue massage is generally performed during a traditional Sweidish massage treatment. Muscles are layered within the body and depending on on the depth of the muscle being addresses, a deep tissue rechnique may be necessary in order to properly access the area of concern. This more aggressive approach may be fairly intense for some people. Several short, focused isolations during a session can help to warm and desensitize a more sensitive area. Some soreness to the touch and soreness during range of motion may follow a deep tissue application. Drinking plenty of water after the massage treatment helps to minimize this effect. 	Injury Specific Injury Specific massage helps to break up yhe scar tissue and adhesions, and increase range of motion. This application focuses om the specific injured area and the surrounding, supportive muscles groups. A doctors release is typically required if injury is currently being treated or after recent surgery. Injury Specific massage may be used in conjunction with physical therapy. 	Pregnancy Pregnancy massage is a light pressure, relaxation Sweodis massage session. The session and table are modified depending on how far advanced the pregnancy. 	Hot Stone Massage Hot stones are used to massage the body providing deep, penetrating heat to the muscles and joints. This heat is less invasive and tends to be more relaxing than deep. finger pressure. Hot stones may also be augmented within a Swedish or deep tissue session to help soften the superficial tissue for a more specific muscle isolation. All the stones are temperature controlled, but people do have different heat tolerances so please communicate with your therapist if they feel too warm. Full hour $93 / 1 hour and a half $118

	Essential Oil Add-On Essential oils can be added to the base oil of any massage session (excluding pregnancy). Not only does the oil have aromatherapy benefits, it is also absorbed into the body through the the skin and metabolized, resulting in a medicinal affect on the body at a cellular level. 	Foot Reflexology Foot Reflexology is the art of applying pressure to specific points on the foot in order to stimulate internal organs and bodily systems. This technique is considered non-invasive and can be performed fully clothed. A 30 minute treatment is standard, but a modified version can be applied to any massage. 	Chair Chair massage offers a fully clothed massage treatment and is accessible to most people. A chair designed specifically for massage is best as it allows the receiver of the massage to be seated in a relaxed forward position, which provides the therpaist full access to the back and shoulders. A traditional treatment consists of the back shoulder and neck areas, but any session should be modified to address additional terapeutic needs. 	Myofascial Myofascial is a body work technique that incorporates sustained levels of pressure to stretch the fascia connective tissues of the body.
